Description Chronic lymphocytic leukaemia is a disease with an extremely heterogeneous clinical course. It is a disease of the elderly, with a median age at diagnosis of 65-70 years. CLL is the most common leukaemia in the western world, accounting for over 30% of all cases. It is the most common adult leukaemia in the Czech Republic.
