| Description | The article devotes to the comparison of the action against unlawful interference in the Czech and Slovak legal regulation. Judicial decisions of the Czech administrative courts have not yet been unified in definition of an administrative decision and its distinguishing from an unlawful interference in public administration. It seems that we do not encounter such a problém in Slovakia. The main objective of this article is to answer the question whether the definition of types of action in the Code of Administrative Justice is appropriate and the problem with distinguishing of administrative decision and unlawful interference lies in case law or in inappropriately set legislation. |
