| Description | The provision of § 2953 of the Civil Code allows the court to moderate the extent of damages compensated to the injured party. Its use in practice should be rather exceptional. The presented article deals with the conditions of application of the court‘s moderation authorization and the question of whether one of the reasons for its use could be the fact that the damage occurred during the pandemic of covid-19 disease or increased as a result. |
