| Description | This was a series of 9 lectures presented in three blocks at the English department, Faculty of Education, University Hradec Kralove. Each of them dealt with specific areas of the English phonetics/phonology, e.g. sound system, classification of consonants/vowels, features of connected speech, rhythm, intonation, and others. The lectures were attended by students of three bachelor study programmes, approx. 80 in total. |
