| Description | The paper is dedicated to working conditions of employees taking of children or persons dependent on an another individual's assistance at the time of coronavirus. It aims at, in particular, the right to an obstacle to work at the employee's side, adjustment of working time, home-office and protection from the termination of an employment relationship from the employer's side. The attention is paid to the position of employees performing their work on the basis of agreements on work performed outside an employment relationship. |
