Citation
Description Foundation law has been revised in recent years in several countries. In recent decades, foundation law has changed in the Czech Republic and France, Hungary, Belgium, Liechtenstein and other jurisdictions. A legal and political discussion is also being held in Slovakia (in connection with the recodification of private law). The common denominator is the clarification and strengthening of the role of the foundation's founder and the liberalization of the foundation's purpose, resulting in a total change in the concept and a partial deviation from the traditional idea of the foundation as an entity serving the public good exclusively.
