Description | We are feeling the effects of the global pandemic of COVID-19 not only in the human field, but also in the health, economic and legal fields. While these effects are visible in health and financial area, effects are hidden in legal area. The perception of society is currently set up in such a way that fundamental human rights can be suppressed in order to the prevent the spread of the virus, and society is very lenient about possible legal “overstepping”, as they are justified by a “greater good”. The consequences of pandemic do not avoid labor law. Every day, the relationship between employer and the employee is interfered by executive power and new obligations. Employers and employees have been living in doubts, when they do not know that they can come to the place of work and work there. The conditions for performing work are constantly changing. This article be focused on the impact of anti-epidemic actions in labor law, especially on the government decree and regulation of Ministry of Health around home office and testing of employees. |
