| Description | The paper focuses on the development of the legal regulation of the Construction Act and issues related to the legislative development of the legal regulation of public construction law. Given that the Construction Act has been undergoing constant changes in recent years, which are intended to speed up and simplify the individual processes leading to building permits, it is worth considering whether these changes have led to the desired goal.
