| Description | The paper aims to map the approach of the Czech administrative courts with regard to the detention of foreigners in connection with the Covid-19 pandemic, which was often justified by a threat to public order. The paper will also generally focus on the limits of restrictions on the personal liberty of foreigners in international law, especially with regard to public policy reservations. |
