| Description | Vagueness is to some extent a necessary part of legal or legislative language, since individual rules of conduct are intended to be inherently abstract in nature, so as to affect directly or indirectly (by interpretation) all actions intended. At the same time, the use of vague legal concepts is associated not only with problems of interpretation but also with problems of application. In addition, the vagueness of some legal regulation may create conditions in society for the emergence of spontaneous regulation on the market principle, which I will demonstrate in the specific area of gamete donation in the Czech Republic. |
