| Description | This contribution deals with the topic of trademark parody. First, the parody and its posi-tion in the current state of intellectual property law is provided. The impact of the free-dom of expression on the parody is covered too. The main attention is paid to analysis of the American case law covering the trademark parody in connection with chewing dog toys. Following the analysis this contribution submits the key findings from these deci-sions and its reasonings. |
