Description | The author will present a paper focused on the legal regulation of commercial messages for medicinal products or medical treatments in public media and will compare it to the regulation in private media. The paper will distinguish different kinds of commercial messages, such as advertisement, product placement a sponsoring and its specifics related to medicinal products or medical treatments. The author will also focus on hidden advertising, emphasis of product placement or unseparated advertising in public broadcasting and the position of The Council for Radio and Television Broadcasting as a central body of state administration in the field of radio and television broadcasting. The study was based on a paper presented on a COFOLA conference about legal regulation of commercial messages in the public service media, the paper was consulted with prof. JUDr. Jarmila Pokorná, CSc. |
