Description | Experimental research has shown that mental flexibility might have a beneficial outcome for mental well-being. At the same time, rigid expectations and concepts of ourselves, the world, and others can lie at the core of mental illness. In this poster, we will present the results of the interviews with non-professional dancers who experienced expanding flexibility in the body and also their mental state. |
