| Description | The presented text aims to analyse how the law distinguishes between public and private space, taking into account physical space. It will focus on places that are located on the border between private and public space. It will then assess whether such a distinction is useful in an age in which people are almost constantly under the scrutiny of modern surveillance technologies. The use of such technologies necessarily raises the issue of conflict with the right to privacy and the protection of personal data. |
