| Description | The aim of this paper is to present the problematic aspects of Act No. 185/2020 Coll., on certain measures to mitigate the impact of the epidemic of the coronavirus known as SARS CoV-2 on the tourism sector (hereinafter referred to as "lex voucher"), its impact on consumers and answering the questions raised. I will focus on how the State should respond to the emergency incidents in the tourism industry, where some destinations may be hit by overnight access is restricted not only for pandemic reasons, but also currently for reasons such as war. I will review the case law of the courts, which today, more than two years after the pandemic, is already available. The present text will provide possible solutions for situations whose interference with travel would be similar to that of covid-19. |
