| Description | The chapter focuses on constitutional development between 1938 and 1948 in the context of foreign Czechoslovak action and the creation of the provisional state apparatus (and its institutions). Then, the development up to the adoption of the 1948 Constitution through the Prism of individual constitutional institutions was mentioned. At the same time, the development in Slovakia, which led to the creation of an asymmetrical unitary republic, is analysed. |
