| Description | This contribution will focus on the definition of selected principles of criminal procedure and their manifestation in the criminal process. The principles related to the issue of evidence will be analysed in more detail, especially in the context of the activities of the court, the prosecutor or the police, i.e. individual bodies involved in criminal proceedings. The aim is to define the relationship of these principles to the field of evidence in criminal proceedings and to outline some possible practical problems and ways of solving them. |
