Description | In this monograph we focus on competences for effective inklusive education and means of their evaluation. The tool we have prepared for students allows them to evaluate their own readiness for teaching (i.e., self-efficacy), and to identify the spheres in which the teaching skills have to be developer. The tool is adapted from an internationally utilized self-evaluating questionnaire TEIP (Teacher Effectiveness for Inclusive Practice Scale) by Sharma, Loreman and Forlin. We have supplanted this evaluating part with a General Evaluation which mediates clear graphical expression of subjective evaluation in respektive competences and whole spheres. Furthermore, we have created a Developmental Plan, through which the students and/or teachers elaborate on specific targets for specific spheres and skills. Repeated utilization of the tool provides an opportunity to evaluate the development of competences and update the plan. The self-evaluating tool was piloted in two waves among students of bachelor and master degree programme on Faculty of Education as well as among primary school teachers. |
