Description | Conducting laboratory experiments involves high demands on participants, which may lead to higher mortality of the research sample and increase the overall cost of research in social sciences. In this poster, we present an automated registration process with an invitation system that aims to reduce this mortality and increase participation and we show data-based evaluation of its effectivity. During 17 measuring days, 90 participants participated and were measured one hour each. During the registration steps, decline in interest in participation, channels through which participants learned about the study, and the effectiveness of the invitation system were monitored. In our case, the overall participation was 90% demonstrating the clear potential for the social science research domain. |
