| Description | The subject of post-possession protection (i.e. protection of possession granted through a special procedure3)) are all rights which are subject to possession (Art. 988(1) of the Civil Code). This may include not only the right of ownership, but also other so-called rights. This may include e.g. easements, but also obligatory rights, e.g. lease rights, which will be discussed in this article. |
