| Description | This article focuses on the problematic aspects of surrogacy contracts in Czech law, with a focus on the issues of validity and enforceability of this type of contract, including the (in)existence of private law claims that may be asserted by either party in the event of its breach. For this purpose, not only the substance of the contractual arrangement between the surrogate mother and the ordering couple is taken into account, but also the practical difficulties that may arise in the course of its implementation. |
