| Description | The article is a commentary on ECHR grand chamber's landmark case Halet v. Luxembourg dealing with a question of (in)admissibility of a criminal conviction of a whistleblower, who helped make public very serious information on questionable tax practices of big international corporations by breaching his confidentiality and loyality duty towards his employer - a tax consultation company.
