| Description | Open Studios Brno is a festival of open studios of contemporary artists, which has been held in Brno since 2012. Every year during the festival, 80 artists' studios around Brno are opened to the public. The festival also includes a series of guided tours, artist talks, studio visits by experts, exhibitions in the Sibir Gallery and Rybářská studios, workshops for children and adults, performances and concerts. The 2023 edition was curated by Martina Mrázová from the Institute of Garden and Landscape Architecture at Mendel University in Brno. The festival, including accompanying events, took place on 1-4 June 2023 at 13 locations throughout Brno (Kraví hora, Solo Offspace, Hybešova Studios, Cejl 76 Studios, Modeta Art Studios, Brno Artist in Residence / Brno House of Arts, Rybářská Studios, Zetor Studios, Dukelská Studios, Káznice Studios, Svitava transmedia art lab, Industra Art Studios, DI Industrial). |
