| Description | Lecture within the series of the South Moravian Museum in Znojmo. Beer has become a real cultural phenomenon in recent years. However, its role in history has been very diverse. From a thirst-quenching drink to a part of the menu to a gourmet experience when tasting it. The lecture will reflect on the changing perceptions of beer throughout history, the history of its production and the current shape of the culture that has developed around it. Emphasis will also be placed on the Znojmo region and its breweries. |
