| Description | The article deals with the possibilities of use of intelligence information as evidence and its limits in criminal proceeding. The aim is to draw attention to the existing limits on the use of intelligence information as evidence from the perspective of intelligence services, exactly the limits arising from the specific nature of their position and activities, especially the secrecy and the rules of intelligence cooperation. |
