| Description | The article deals with the question of whether the protection of good faith is generally applicable in cases where, on the basis of an action brought by the Attorney General, the administrative courts conclude that the contested decision is null and void. Attention is paid first to the relationship between the good faith of the addressee of the administrative decision and the public interest which the action of the Attorney General seeks to protect. This is then reflected in the specifics of the cases of annulled administrative decisions. |
