Description | The author will present a paper focused on the legal regulation of advertis- ing in public media and compare it with commercial radio and television sta- tions. The paper analyses the amount of income from advertisement and the binding use of this income for cultural purposes and production of sports programs. The author will also focus on hidden advertising, emphasis of product placement or unseparated advertising in public broadcasting and the position of The Council for Radio and Television Broadcasting as a central body of state administration in the field of radio and television broadcasting. |
