| Description | The workbook is a teaching aid for the one-semester course Commercial Law II, taught at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University, as a compulsory course in the 5th semester (3rd year) of the Law and Legal Science study program. This course aims to provide students with fundamental knowledge and orientation in corporate law. Besides lectures, the teaching in Commercial Law II includes 12 seminars held once a week for 100 minutes. The workbook is a complete collection of exercises for seminar classes. |
