| Description | The paper focuses on the place and role of the Supreme Administrative Court of the Czech Republic in the system of external (and judicial) control of public administration as one of the guarantees of legality of public administration. The question in this context is whether, and if so, what place in this system is played by the Supreme Administrative Court directly, as the top of the organisation of administrative justice, and whether the Supreme Administrative Court has a direct control relationship with the public administration. |
