| Description | The aim of the lecture was to acquaint its participants with selected issues of the amendment of public construction law, with the process of recodification and with the current legal status. Furthermore, with the systematics of the new Building Act, its breakdown, the proposed reform of construction administration and the position of the authorities concerned in the proceedings under the Construction Act. |
