| Description | The team of experts in the field of foreign language teaching created the Framework of Professional Qualities of a Foreign Language Teacher, based on the Framework of Professional Qualities of a Teacher (2012). The impetus for the creation of the material was given by the Conception of Language Education 2017-2022 with the aim of promoting quality foreign language teaching in the Czech Republic. The paper will offer the experience of two authors of the document in using the Framework in the preparation of future English language teachers. The paper will conclude with suggestions for the development of disciplinary versions of the Competence Framework for Graduate and Graduate Teachers, which is being prepared within the JAK project. |
