| Description | The article deals with a Czech limited partnership on investment certificates, which is a special form of limited partnership governed by the Management Companies and Investment Funds Act (MCIFA). The aim of the article is to introduce the basic characteristics of this legal form and the regulatory limits imposed on it. Secondly, the author presents the English form of limited partnership company and its special form private fund limited partnership, which is used by private equity and ventures capital funds in the United Kingdom for investment purposes. The aim of the article is to suggest reasons why the Czech limited partnership on investment certificates is not used under Czech law. |
