| Description | An open supervision group intended for teaching staff teaching at vocational schools and universities in the field of helping professions. The group allows its members to support each other, share their experiences and contribute practical ideas for solving problems and challenging situations that accompany their work. The benefit is not only the solution and supervision of problem situations, but also the cultivation of communication: talking about the topic, helping to solve problems that might otherwise remain unspoken, expressing feedback and listening to feedback, etc. In order to create a safe environment, the condition of participation is to maintain confidentiality about information , which are of a personal nature (especially about information related to the supervision participants and the people they work with), active cooperation with other group members and willingness to provide them with their ideas. |
