Description Respect for the individuality and uniqueness of each child's personality has become a basic concept of contemporary preschool education. To fulfill it, he helps teachers in addition to the use of appropriate methods and forms of work, in particular the skill of continuous pedagogy diagnosis, strengthened by knowledge in the field of preschool pedagogy and developmental psychology. The individualization of education therefore requires the monitoring and documentation of the child's personal educational needs, interests and progress and subsequent differentiation of the educational offer or intervention.
