| Description | This article compares the general and special regulation of the non-compete clause contained in the Czech Civil Code. After identifying the possible points of interests, the author closely examines each one of them to find whether the difference between the general and special regulation exists and, if so, whether the difference in question is necessary and justified, especially with regard the purpose of the regulation. Finally, the rules differentiating between situations where the general or the special regulation should be applied are discussed. |
