| Description | The presentation covers the roughly three-year experience of the application of Act No. 116/2020 Coll., on Compensation for Injury Caused by Compulsory Vaccination, concluding that this Act has been applied in roughly one hundred cases of injury caused by vaccination against the Covid-19 disease and in a small number of cases of other vaccinations. However, none of the claims raised have been voluntarily or judicially compensated, leading to the conclusion that the regulation is incorrectly (too strictly) designed. The presentation then compares the Act in question with other, milder forms of liability for injury established by the legislature. |
