| Description | The paper focuses on the possibilities of using artificial intelligence (AI) tools in language science research, specifically on the use of large language models (LLM). In the theoretical part, after a description of LLM, the position and recommendations of Masaryk University towards the use of AI are also presented. In the practical part, an example of the use of the Microsoft Copilot AI tool for the generation and comparison of Czech and Polish sports terminology is shown, including a demonstration that there may be inaccuracies and distortions in the AI output. |
