Description | In many institutions, it is common practice for teachers to observe one another’s classes. The benefit for the observed is indisputable, but what can the observer glean from the experience? How can mindful and reflective observation lead to a washback on the observer’s own teaching? In this talk, I will show how to maximise the profit for the observer, too. |
