| Description | We followed 74 patients before and after. soft palate operation. There are 40 patients 6 moth after operation, but we analyzed data only from 23 patients (others 17 didnot come to control visit). We discuss group 23 children (46 ears), 15 boys and 8 girls. Primary cleft palate suture was made in average 8-14 month of age. By one patient in age 42 month of age. By 5 children we found recurrent otitis media, by 4 children we found sporadic acute otitis media. We propose ventilation tube insertion by 20 of children in this group. |
