| Description | The chapter deals with the reasons for the different tourist attractiveness of different regions in the Czech Republic. It examines the discontinuity of this interest, which in some cases, such as in the Bohemian Central Highlands, has never returned to the level of mass tourism of the 19th century. The chapter shows how this interest is linked to a significant proportion of the image of a given area in the arts, media and is associated with different presentations within national narratives. |
