| Description | The paper was focused on the questions of internal and external relations and layers in Vietnamese language and written vs. oral literature from viewpoints of population development and linguo-religious complexes. Despite sedentary lifestyle, the Vietnamese population had significant internal and external mobility in wider geographic and historical contexts. This together with social structure and combined influences and co-occurrence of more languages and scripts had an influence on lower degree of codification and high lexical variability of Vietnamese language. |
