| Description | Performance motivation is a condition of any sport activity. Aspiration represents a manifest feature of behaviour, out of which we may conclude the level (intensity or characteristics) of performance motivation. Aspiration level of a sportsman is depicted as an obvious expression of subjective requirements for a level of future performance in a known activity, limited most of all according to the projection of the last performance in this activity. |
