| Description | The study deals with the subject in the border areas and former ethnic areas with German predominance, which was settled by new population from different dialect regions after 1945. The formed inter-dialect contact lead to abundant fluctuation and faster transdialect settlement. However a different situation happened if there was a majority of population from adjoining regions with old settlement in the newly settled areas. The example is a former mostly German ethnic stretch around Broumov where basic features of Northeast Bohemian dialect subgroup prevail in the spoken language nowdays. And identically with old settlement area speacial features of Northeast Bohemian border stretch occur partially here. |
