| Description | Autor describes advantages and disadvantages of different methods used in treatment of fractures of the hand. Main interest is given to external fixation. History, principles and indications of external fixation in hand traumatology are presented. Described is the experience with use of "Tesař-MINI" type. Special components for this device were developed to increase posibilities of usage. Clinical results are documented by case reports. |
