| Description | Mirizzis syndrome is a rare condition. It is usually classified into different types on the basis of its aetiology and anatomical anomalies. Problems discussed in this paper are concerend with the masking role of a concomitant inflammatory process which can obscure the basic features of MS and interfere with making the correct diagnosis. |
