| Description | The authors describe the course and results of treatment with isotretinoin (Roaccutane R caps.) in a group of 87 pacients (11 women and 76 men) aged 15-41 years with the diagnosis of acne papulopustulosa grade III and IV, acne conglobata and acne fulminans. During isotretinoin administration the incidence of side-effects was evaluated, the intensity o exacerbation of acneous lesions at the onset of medication and the results of cure of 3 and 4 months of treatment. |
