| Description | The paper deals with a new method using dynamic time warping applied to time-frequency spectrum of ECG signals. The method should be used for detection of acute myocardial ischemia at a stage preceding a hidden Markov model-based pattern recogniser. Early myocardial ischemia is expressed as specific low level short-time changes in ECG within QRS complex. Such changes can be revealed by time-frequency analysis. The presented results show that the proposed method of ECG description can be effectively used in a recognition system which can detect early ischemia. |
