| Description | The article deals with changes in lingual situation of Russian and Czech developed by essential political, social and economical changes in the countries of East-Europe in 80.-90. years of the last century. These changes are being interpreted as a part of more general processes being in process on the break of century and millenium in the whole Euro-Atlantic community. |
