| Description | In 2000 the new Personal Data Protection Act (No. 101/2000 Col.) in the Czech republic and in 2002 the new Personal Data Protection Act (No. 428/2002 Col.) in the Slovak republic were passed. The paper deals on application of selected parts of these Acts, especially related to information systems, interpretation problems of several paragraphs and developed modifications of form and behavior of information systems at all. |
