| Description | An inadequate grade of the legal institutional setting belongs to basic characteristics of the business background in the Czech Republic by default. The Czech Republic enacted in last years a range of new acts and amendments with the aim to create a background motivating to regular enterprise. This action represents a complex of concrete aims. To the cardinal aims belong: solving of corruption and economic crime-rate, qualitative improvement of conditions for initiation, change and finalization of business activity, creditors protection. By enacted amendments there will be influenced the legal background, within its framework the small and middle companies can amplify their management strategy. |
